As the founder of ParkLane Luxury and a Global Real Estate Advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty, Giovanni delivers a refined, results-driven approach to real estate. Known for his creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking, Giovanni partners with discerning sellers to craft thoughtful strategies that elevate each listing, drive engagement, and maximize value.

With a background in luxury brand management and a proven track record across all price points, Giovanni is trusted for his ability to anticipate needs, guide with honesty, and negotiate with clarity. His clients appreciate his calm presence, attention to detail, and unwavering focus on achieving the best outcome—making the experience of selling feel seamless and fully supported.

At the heart of Giovanni’s work is family. His wife and business partner, Heather, leads ParkLane Luxury’s brand and marketing strategy, bringing vision and precision to how their listings are presented. Together, they blend business and life with their daughters, Emilia and Stella—finding inspiration in everyday moments and staying deeply connected to the community they serve. Giovanni shares a love of cycling with Stella, now a competitive racer, and brings that same sense of focus and joy into his work: fully present, deeply invested, and committed to delivering excellence.
